I thought by doing online business could earn me a lot of easy money without trying so hard but I was wrong. The recent mishap caused by Google has shown me the vulnerability of my online income. I have relied too much on Google search engine for traffics to my website. So, when Google made a little change to its search algorithm, as much as 60% of visitors to my website has been wiped off and the same goes to my online income.

In spite of that, I was so lucky because I have not remortgaged my house as per my plan.I was thinking of remortgaging my house to raise fund for my online project and at the same time I want to take the advantage of current cheap mortgage rates from the bank. After what has happened, I don’t want to commit myself until my online income has stabilized like what I have earned before the mishap eventhough I can apply for mortgage protection. Without stable income, I am afraid if I cannot service the monthly mortgage payment and will lead me to further financial disaster. I don’t want myself in the future to become the person who can only apply for poor credit remortgage package.
